Please Note:
Due to the early start of our morning program, there may be a
need to close the morning session even though the West Islip
School District is running on a

If
the morning session is closed,
there will be a message on the answering machine after 6am. .
If
school is delayed,
there will
be no morning session. If school is closed, there will be no morning or
afternoon session.
If
after school activities are cancelled,
the ASK US! program will be closed as well. It is also under the discretion of
ASK US! to cancel the afternoon session even though school activities may not be
cancelled. If the afternoon session is closed, there will be a
message on the answering machine after 12:30 pm and an email will be sent to
your account on file
If
the weather
deteriorates during the program hours,
early dismissal may be warranted. In this event, you will be notified by
phone to make arrangements to have your child picked up by you or one of the
people designated on the authorized release form.
**Please remember to have emergency contacts available in event that these circumstances arise, as it is your responsibility to arrange for your child's care.
